Creamy Hazelnut with puff pastry, gainduia and hazelnut pralines
Creamy gelato made with Italian hazelnuts from Piedmont topped with gianduia sauce, with toasted and caramelized hazelnuts folded through. All served on a delicious puff pastry.
The competition is held every year in eight cities across five continents and gelato artisans are judged at each stage. The final results are calculated as per the technical jury and public votes.
