Bacio Gelato is founded by an Italian and Emirati family whose endeavor is it to deliver the Bacio Gelato® promise of high quality gelato in Dubai. The partners agreed on firm Ground Rules, known as The Bacio Gelato Promise, which set the vision for Bacio Gelato.

Founded in March 2008 and opening its doors to the public in March 2009, in a short period of time Bacio Gelato was able to establish a base of loyal family customers, serving prominent families and partnering with catering kitchens and delivering to several five star hotels that choose to serve high quality gelato delivered fresh for their customers.
