Where can we find a typical Italian gelato?
was the question that started it all!

When gelato maestro Cesare Cellie met interior designer and entrepreneur Lina Bangash, who studied in Italy and is familiar with the Italian gelato, he asked her this question. With Lina’s “nowhere!” well researched answer, the two put their brains together and started Bacio Gelato Italian caffè and gelateria that opened its doors in Al-Barsha, Dubai, Mar 1st 2009.

The partners agreed on firm Ground Rules, known as The Bacio Gelato Promise, which set the vision of Bacio Gelato.
